Now you can create your own custom workouts, do them in the app, and log all your sets to your Workout History. Plus, we've integrated the Set Logger and Workout History into our A.I. Powerlifting and Powerbuilding programs, so all that workout data is logged, too.

You MUST give our new version a try. Our set logger is not like any others out there. We capture a TON more information for you. What info you ask? Well first off, all the exercises in the app are broken down into major categories (barbell, dumbbell, machine, weighted, bodyweight, miscellaneous bar, miscellaneous, etc.).

From there we capture all the relevant information such as target reps, actual reps, target weight to use, actual weight used, target RPE, actual RPE, target Max Percentage, actual Max Percentage, bodyweight, and so on. We even capture whether the set was an AMRAP or Drop Set (and the reps and weight used), whether the set was a warm-up, a superset, an accessory, failure was reached, if reps were negative and so on. If you did a static hold or timed set, you could enter the time too. Plus, you can add written notes to each set. Of course, we also capture the date and time of the workout, plus the duration of your workout. All of this is displayed beautifully and chronologically in your Workout History.

And it's such an easy Workout Tracker to use. Powerlifters, powerbuilders, bodybuilders, and general weightlifters will all love it and find it extremely useful.
